This is my favorite, HG, go-to pencil eyeliner. I usually use it to line my waterline. It’s pigmented and doesn’t smudge. Will definitely keep using and repurchasing!

Farmstay The fragrance was the main part that this isn’t really a good sunscreen to begin with it irritates my sensitive skin I don’t recommend it is cheap but it also leaves a slightly off white cast I mean if you don’t have sensitive skin like I do you can give this one a try.

Best waterproof eyeliner I’ve tried for my watery eyes

I always repurchase this eyeliner. I am new in makeup and I have hooded eyes, so I find difficult to draw the eyeline, I usually use this eyeliner to draw the eyeline guide and then finish with a brush tip eyeliner. When I used it on its own, the eyeliner would rub off during the day, maybe because of my hooded eyes, that cause the eye area to be slightly oily.

Can't believe it's really water proof! Smooth and glides on easily too. Will buy more colors. I thought I'd like black but I need brown instead. Would recommend

It’s truly waterproof and mostly smudge proof

05 dark brown has gold sparkles and 02 brown is very slightly more reddish but it's more about the glitter once it goes on Doesn't smudge off if you don't touch it

i have not tried many pencil eyeliners before this one, but i will say that i really like the clio pencil liner. for the most part, it holds up well and lasts, however i noticed that when i wear sunscreen around my eyes, it affects the performance of the pencil liner. sometimes it smudges easily and others times not as easily.
