    reliable pencil liner

    It's sharp and thin. The choco brown looks perfect for brown eyes. I take one star out because it's not waterproofed. After 8 hours, it does not stay where it's supposed to.

    My first time buying clio product... because of these pencil liner I started to invest in product like this .... it;s expensive but it's very easy to use and it delivers exactly want i want - no smudge the whole day.     So i love this so much that i have 3 of this. One for work bag, going out pouch and 1 in my vanity table. I dont do touch ups at work so i need something that will just stay on and wont smudge. This does the job. And stays on for my whole 12hr shift!
