I use this not only for the under eyes but it also works on the eyelid if you want a more sheer wash of color as I bought the peach shade.

Very cute, love having this. Not too sure if I'm using it correctly though, but the glitter is nice, has a pink champagne colour to it, and the brown pencil is small to use easily on the waterline, but doesn't really go on smoothly, I've opted to use eyeshadow instead for it. The glitter end is a bit wide though, need to be careful when applying if you want thin line, but if you want a decent swab on your bottom lines then it's perfect (which is what I brought it for).

I like for making my eyes look bigger and cuter.
