It has a water like consistency and a natural finish. It does hydrate but does not delve deep. However, it's really calming. Easy to use as it does kot leave any hint of tack. Great for all skin type. Honestly, I already fimished 3 bottles of these already.

Honestly, I bought this toner because of the popularity in South Korea. Since I don't have sensitive skin or much redness, it's hard to assess the soothing effect. However, it's a watery toner that seems gentle.

Ive only used it for a couple of weeks now, but I can already tell I love it. I use it daily, its very soothing and leaves my skin feeling soft. The other toners ive used have been great for the most part but this one just gives me the best results! Love the toner it does not leave my face dry.
