So Ive never wrote a review but i have to for this one. I've been taking this for almost 2 weeks now and I can say it's kinda work. Others said that they sweat more, but in my case I pee more. I am also happy that my bowel movement is rather more regular now! I don't really work out but I play VR game a lot which requires big movements of whole body for like an hour a day. I lost like 5 pounds in 10 days. I also combine this with cutting down on food in take by switching one meal with protein shake. Surprisingly it's not as bad as I thought (I thought I would be miserable from wanting a lot of food). I feel like this way it helps me yo choose my food wisely since I only have 2 meals a day, so it helps me with groceries and not wasting food. I hope this review help to who's thinking to try to take this supplement.

According to the instructions you have to have a strict exercise regime, so perhaps that is why it wasn't successful for me.

I tried this for 2 weeks and I don't think my weight really changed. I do think it could work if you go on diet and exercise! If you don't have healthy habit it won't really help, well at least it didn't help me. Everyone is different though! Definitely recommend to buy on sale, regular price isn't worth it. Overall, the pill isn't that hard to swallow and it doesn't hurt my stomach!
