I missed the old formula. I feel like my face break out because of that?

I have really dry skin and i got this thinking it was a simple, calming face wash. but it completely messed up my skin. also menthol is not good for your skin at all. i use it as a shampoo though and it works fine

I've been using their products since 2020! This was my first trying this cleanser and I like the way it feels on my skin. Kind of like a menthol type feeling. It does have a fresh smell to it, for those looking for a cleanser that isn't scented this probably wouldn't be for you.

Nice cleanser with smooth and thick foam. Smells light and pleasant, kinda citrusy, or mild hotel soap but in a good way.

I like it, but over time I realized if I use this day and night, my skin tends to get drier than it used to it. I cannot even tell if its really helping with my acne concern. So I'd only give it 3 stars, because the product iself is nice, just didn't suit my skin concern needs.
