I made the mistake of trying to open the packet while I was in the shower and I struggled for a while. I eventually had to get scissors to cut the top part open. The actual hair mask is pure liquid and very runny so be careful when you pour it into your hands. I'm not sure if it covered most of my ends since my hair is to my waist, but it did help moisturize my hair and it smelled quite nice, kind of citrus scented. It's also quite handy to take while travelling since it takes up so little space. But if you have weak fingers like I do maybe cut it open before going into the shower!

this is really good for when i'm in a rush but need to give my hair some extra TLC. it does give my scalp a bit of a cool/minty feel which i'm not sure yet if i like or not...
