You will definitely will be going to the bathroom more often than usual so if you have issues using the bathroom this will definitely help. I been using it for a week so idk if there been a change in weight or so but it definitely made me use the bathroom more often than usual.

i finished the box, took the tablet for 14days i dont know how it works.. it did not suppress my appetite, i did not have loose motion or anything, but the good thing is that i did not feel some side effect i guess.. i just tried it because of curiosity. the tablet can easily swallowed but it have a bitter taste when touched by water.

when i take this type of supplement, i'm usually worried that it make me go to the toilet wayyy too frequently. but when i take this so far it didnt worsen my bowel movement. i do notice it heat up my body internally. havent see any drop in weight so will see if i took it in long term.
