first time using it. i think it’s good, it cools down my head. will wait to see a good result come out of it after using it for awhile

I used it once. Scared to use it again. Maybe it needs an adjustment period but clumps of my hair fell out while using this shampoo. It's doing the opposite for what I bought it for... perhaps it was coincidental but I don't think I will be using this again anytime soon.
