What I love most about this product is that it's non-comedogenic and safe for fungal acne, which are rare to find in a rice-based skincare product. It helps brighten and soften my skin. It feels light and non-greasy on my skin. I also love how plump and soft it leaves my face. I'm usually picky with toners, but this one is perfect for my dry, dull skin! I also mix this with their rice powder.

I’ve been using the Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner and I’m really impressed. With 70% rice extract, it does a fantastic job at brightening my complexion and deeply hydrating my skin. The milky texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling smooth and refreshed. It’s great for improving my glow and skin texture. However, if you have very dry skin, you might need an additional moisturizer.
