It will need at least 10 mins to apply. it could be a prob in busy morning. 

color stay and transfer:

i tried red and berry pink color (forgot exactly name of the color). berry pink's color can stay on my lip for about 4-5 hours before I can't notice it at all and not transfer the color during this period. clean and nice. For red one, the color is more pigmented and stay much longer (i will say around 12 hours), but it will transfer small amount of color marks everywhere (e.g. napkin) at first few hours, 

size:

even the tube looks big, because you will need big amount of product each time, it may run out very quick.

if you don't like re-apply the lip color during the day and ok with no/little color during the afternoon. it will be a good product for you.
