The first time I discovered saranghoe's channel was in 2021, and, I found her channel near the time where I also started to get into cooking videos. Her what I eat in a week videos really helped me with my eating disorder (induced by depression), that was really chipping my life away as I have sickle cell anemia, and it was hard cause I didn't feel like myself, and I also was in a toxic relationship... so her videos really helped me with getting back into eating again and just getting out of that depressive hole. Even now that I'm in a better place, her videos still bring me joy and make me want to be productive (I'm literally in the midst of organizing my room just because one of her vlogs inspired me to). I first discovered saranghoe in 2021 during the pandemic. I was really interested in Korean food and looked up videos on YouTube and one of Tracy‘s “what I eat in a week“ videos got recommended. Since then I always liked watching her new videos because they are so calming and aesthetically pleasing.
