[Jumiso] Super Soothing Cica & Aloe Sunscreen 50ml

This is a mineral sunscreen that can block both UVA/UVB rays. Since it is a physical sunscreen, it is less irritating to the skin. It is a mild sunscreen which makes it suitable for all skin types.

Texture : thicker and creamy

〰︎Physical sunscreens are composed of fine particles of minerals mainly, Zinc oxide and Titanium dioxide, which makes it less irritating for sensitive skin compared with chemical sunscreens. It is also thicker and whiter. I personally didn’t like this variant because it leaves a whitecast, it feels dry, it takes a while to settle, and it is not as lightweight as the Hyaluronic Acid sunscreen. On a brighter note, it doesn’t feel sticky, it has good oil control and it is more suitable for sensitive skin. I believe that Jumiso can improve the formula of this sunscreen!

A hybrid sunscreen that can block both UVA/UVB rays. It is a water-based sunscreen for all skin types that can be absorbed softly and moistly by the skin.

Texture : cream to watery type consistency

For my besties with dry skin, this is the sunscreen for us! This variant is a hybrid sunscreen which means that it contains both minerals and chemical actives that makes it more effective in protecting the skin. It spreads and feels like a gel moisturizer without leaving an intense whitecast, just enough to brighten and even out the skin tone. It kinda takes a while to blend since it is a hybrid sunscreen but not as long as blending theSuperSoothingCica&AloeSunscreen. It leaves a slightly dewy finish which makes it an ideal primer but I hope it could provide more hydration. Moreover, it is suitable for those with oily and combination skin because it is very lightweight and not tacky.
