How does our Affiliate Program work?

You will create a customized Rewards Code with your StyleKorean Affiliate Program account. Share/promote your Rewards Code online (e.g., social media, blog, comment, video, etc.) When someone purchases from stylekorean.com using your Rewards Code, you will receive a percentage of the sale in Commission. You can use Commission towards future StyleKorean orders in Points, or you can choose to cash out via PayPal once you've accumulated at least USD 20 in Commission.

There are 3 progressive Tiers in our Affiliate Program: Twinkling Star, Shining Star, and Luminous Star. To progress to the next Tier, you will need to reach a specific amount of cumulative referred revenue while in your current Tier. Please refer to the Tier Table HERE for more details.

How long will my Affiliate Tier be valid?

Twinkling Star Tier does not expire, while Shining Star and Luminous Star Tier are valid for 12 months after each Tier is attained. For example, if you are upgraded to the Shining Star Tier on May 19th, 2025, then the Tier expires on May 18th, 2026, and so on.

How long will my Commission and Points be valid?

Regardless of your Tier Advancement, all commissions are valid until December 28th of the year they are issued and Points are valid for 180 days after they’ve been converted. For example, If you receive a commission on May 19th, 2025, it will expire on December 28th, 2025, regardless of the payout date. If you convert commission to points on May 19th, 2025, those points will expire on November 15th, 2025 (after 180 days). Commissions paid on December 29, 30, or 31 will be carried over to the next year and will expire on December 28 of the following year. You can still request a payout even on December 29–31. Any remaining commission as of December 29 at 00:00 KST will be automatically converted into points.

How do I renew my Affiliate Tier?

There is no need to renew your Tier once you have been approved as a StyleKorean Affiliate. However, your Tier may change depending on your cumulative referred revenue during the 12 months of your current Tier. If your cumulative referred revenue meets the revenue requirement for a higher Tier within the 12 months of your current Tier, you will be upgraded automatically to the higher Tier, and your Upgraded Tier will be renewed for 12 months. If your cumulative referred revenue does not meet the revenue requirement for a higher Tier within the 12 months of your current Tier, depending on your current cumulative referred revenue, you will either maintain the current Tier or downgrade to the lower Tier.

What is cumulative referred revenue?

Cumulative referred revenue is the total revenue you have referred to StyleKorean using your Rewards Code or Rewards Link during a specific period.

How is my cumulative referred revenue calculated?

Your cumulative referred revenue is calculated by the total revenue of the orders placed at StyleKorean using your Rewards Code or Rewards Link during a specific period. Once your current Tier is upgraded and a new Tier period starts, the cumulative referred revenue will reset to zero, but your Commission will still be reflected.

Cumulative referred revenue is the total of every US dollar referred through your Rewards Code or Rewards Link, excluding coupon values, shipping fees, tax, customs clearance fees, and Points used as payment. If a sale or discounted item is included in an order, the reduced price will be used to calculate your cumulative referred revenue.

Why is my Affiliate Tier being upgraded or downgraded?

StyleKorean will review your cumulative referred revenue, resulting in an upgrade or a downgrade of your current Tier. If your cumulative referred revenue reaches a specific threshold during a specific month, you will be upgraded to the next Tier automatically. Your new Tier is valid for 12 months after being upgraded, unless your cumulative referred revenue reaches another threshold and you are upgraded again.

If you remain at a single Tier for 12 months, your current Tier will expire, and your cumulative referred revenue will be used to determine your next Tier, which will either be a renewal of your current Tier or a downgrade to a previous Tier.

Who qualifies for the StyleKorean Affiliate Program?

You must have 1 or more of the following social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube account to apply for the StyleKorean Affiliate Program. During the Affiliate Program Application, you will be able to determine if you are qualified for the Program based on our Affiliate Standards.

What are the StyleKorean Affiliate Program Standards?

1. You must have 1000+ Followers on any linked Social Media Platform.
2. You must have more than 10+ posts on any linked Social Media Platform.
3. You must have an eligible PayPal email address.

How can I share my Rewards Code?

You can start sharing your Rewards Code by clicking on the "REWARDS CODE" button on the My Affiliate Page to copy and paste, or by clicking on the "Affiliate Tools" page for code access.

How much Commission can I earn?

You can earn Commission by giving anyone who uses your Rewards Code or Rewards Link an extra 5% OFF on all their purchases on StyleKorean. Once they order, you will receive the amount they purchased using your Rewards Code or Rewards Link in Commission a day after their purchase confirmation. If they cancel their purchase before their purchase confirmation and the refund is processed, Commission will not be applied.

How are sales attributed to me?

Sales are attributed via the "last click", meaning your Rewards Link or Rewards Code must be the last one used by someone before they place an order at stylekorean.com. Your Rewards Code must be in the Rewards Link URL that you share to properly attribute the sale to you, or your Rewards Code must be the last one entered before checkout. A 30-day cookie will be dropped into a customer's browser once a Rewards Link is clicked. Any sales made will be attributed to you if no other cookies are recorded before an order is placed.

Purpose

• By requesting to join the StyleKorean Affiliate Program ("the Program"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

• All Affiliates who meet our Affiliate Standards can apply for the Program. You must have 1 or more of the following social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube account to qualify. SILICON2 CO., LTD ("StyleKorean") will review the audience and engagement metrics of your social media presence based on the Affiliate Standards to determine eligibility, and its determination of eligibility is final and not open to challenge and/or appeal. You cannot simultaneously be a member of the Program and other programs offered by StyleKorean.
• Once a social media channel is connected to a StyleKorean Affiliate account, it cannot be connected to other StyleKorean accounts. Only one StyleKorean connection is allowed per social media channel.
• If your application does not meet the Affiliate Standards and is declined, you can reapply anytime as long as you meet the Affiliate Standards by signing up again using the same account on Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube.
• Once your application has been approved, you cannot change or remove your connected social media account(s). Please contact StyleKorean’s Customer Service (Q&A) if you need an amendment or removal of any of your connected accounts.

General Program Participation

• Your participation in the Program and use of your Rewards Code (as defined below) constitute your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions, as well as StyleKorean’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program.

Affiliate Tiers

• The Program consists of three (3) progressive Affiliate Tiers: Twinkling Star, Shining Star, and Luminous Star. All Tiers can enjoy a variety of benefits made available by StyleKorean at its sole discretion from time to time ("Benefits"). Benefits may vary by Tier, and some Tiers may offer more Benefits than others. The type, timing, and availability of any Benefits will be determined by StyleKorean at its sole discretion.
• Affiliates will be upgraded from their current Tier to a higher Tier when they achieve certain thresholds of cumulative referred revenue ("Revenue") during their current Affiliate period, as explained below. Upgrades to higher Tiers will automatically be reflected once you reach the required Revenue threshold.
• Twinkling Star Tier does not expire, while Shining Star and Luminous Star Tier are valid for 12 months after each Tier is attained. For example, if you are upgraded to the Shining Star Tier on May 19th, 2025, then the Tier expires on May 18th, 2026, and so on. However, if a Shining Star Affiliate does not meet the required Revenue to upgrade to Luminous Star during their 12 months period, then, depending on the Revenue accumulated as a Shining Star Affiliate, they will either be renewed for a new 12 months period at the Shining Star Tier or be downgraded to Twinkling Star.
• When Affiliate Tiers are attained through upgrade, downgrade, or renewal, the Affiliate’s cumulative referred revenue will be reset to zero.
• Twinkling Star Affiliates do not expire.
  • Twinkling Star: No minimum Revenue requirement. A qualified Affiliate will remain at the Twinkling Star Tier unless the Affiliate meets the Revenue requirement to upgrade to Shining Star Tier.
  • Shining Star: The Affiliate generates at least USD 300 in Revenue in a 12 months Affiliate period following the start of their current Affiliate period. If an Affiliate does not qualify for Luminous Star or does not re-qualify for Shining Star during their 12 months Affiliate period, their Tier will be downgraded to Twinkling Star.
  • Luminous Star: The Affiliate generates at least USD 3,000 in Revenue in a 12 months Affiliate period following the start of their Shining Star Affiliate period or the renewal of their Luminous Star Affiliate period. During the following 12 months Affiliate period, if an Affiliate does not re-qualify for Luminous Star, their Tier will be downgraded to Shining Star.
• StyleKorean may, at its sole discretion, alter, limit or modify the Program’s rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for Affiliate, or any other feature of any particular Tier, or may terminate a particular Tier at any time without prior notice except as expressly set out in these Terms or required by applicable law.

Rewards Code

• You can create your own customized Rewards Code ("Rewards Code") when applying for the Program.
• The customized Rewards Code must be 5 to 12 characters long and MUST include UPPERCASE letters and numbers. (e.g.; ABCD123)
• You should not customize or promote your Rewards Code in a manner that could be interpreted as impersonating, representing, or claiming a relationship to a third party to generate Commission. Rewards Codes that can be interpreted as being customized to resemble existing Rewards Codes belonging to third parties will be automatically deactivated.
• We reserve the right to deactivate your new customized Rewards Code if we find the code to be inappropriate or objectionable at our sole discretion.

Referral

• Rewards Codes can be redeemed by New or Existing Customers.
• When using a Rewards Code, customers will receive a discount percentage of either 5.5% (for New Customers) or 2.5% (for Existing Customers).
• For successful referrals of a New Customer who uses a Rewards Code but does not click on a Rewards Link, you will receive 5.5% of the sale in Commission. When an Existing Customer uses your Rewards Code but does not click on a Rewards Link, you will receive 2.5% of the sale in Commission.
• For successful referrals of a New Customer who uses a Rewards Code and also clicks on a Rewards Link, you will receive 10.5% of the sale in Commission. When an Existing Customer uses your Rewards Code and also clicks on a Rewards Link, you will receive 4.5% of the sale in Commission.
• Luminous Star Affiliates will receive a bonus Commission in addition to the Commission earned on referral sales. Bonus Commission is calculated at 11% of the Commission earned for each successful referral.

• Sales are attributed via the "last click", meaning your Rewards Link or Rewards Code must be the last one used by someone before they place an order at stylekorean.com. Your Rewards Code must be in the Rewards Link URL that you share to properly attribute the sale to you, or your Rewards Code must be the last one entered before checkout. A 30-day cookie will be dropped into a customer's browser once a Rewards Link is clicked. Any sales made will be attributed to you if no other cookies are recorded before an order is placed. For the avoidance of doubt, StyleKorean reserves the right to make the final decision concerning the attribution of the sale in question to you.

Commission

• Commission will be granted ONE (1) day after the referred purchase confirmation, will expire on December 28 of the year in which the Commission is reflected in the Affiliate’s account.
• Affiliates may use Points as a payment method for orders placed at StyleKorean. Points can be applied as payment during the checkout process.
• For orders placed using Points, StyleKorean shall issue refunds in Points. If the Affiliate is owed a refund balance beyond what was paid in Points, the outstanding refund balance is issued in Points.
• Points granted via refunds shall expire in 180 days after the Points are reflected on the Affiliate’s account.
• Affiliates may elect to cash out their Commission after accumulating a total balance of at least USD 20. Affiliates choosing to cash out must provide proper PayPal account information. An illegible PayPal account may face delay and/or limitations with remittance, and will be contacted separately.
• Cashout payments will be delivered every next month on the 15th after an Affiliate chooses to cash out their Commission anytime within the current month. For example, if the Affiliate requests for PayPal Cashout anytime from May 1st, 2025, to  May 31st, 2025, they will remit the amount on June 15th, 2025. Early requests within the current month do not indicate early remittance. Cashout payments will be made in US Dollars, and Stylekorean will not be responsible for any additional transfer and/or service fees.
• Affiliates cannot request a cashout payment if their Commission total is below the required amount (USD 20). Affiliates cannot request a cashout payment for used or expired Commission.
• StyleKorean shall not be liable for any loss caused by non-acceptance, rejection, or delay of payments, or incorrect payment information.
• PayPal accounts used for Cashout purposes can only be linked to ONE (1) Affiliate Account at StyleKorean. If a PayPal account is linked to multiple Affiliate Accounts, any earned Commission will be forfeited, and the PayPal account will be disqualified for Cashout use.
• Should there be any disputes concerning Commission or cashout payments, StyleKorean reserves the right to make the final decision.
• If a cashout payment that includes expired Commission is requested with an illegible PayPal account, StyleKorean reserves the right to automatically transfer the Commission as Points, without further notice.

General Promotional Restrictions

• Each Affiliate is only allowed one (1) StyleKorean Affiliate Account. Extra Affiliate Accounts and any corresponding Rewards Codes belonging to a single Affiliate will be disabled.
• You may share your Rewards Code online (e.g., social media, blog, comment, video, etc.), subject to the terms and conditions of those accounts. However, your social media profile shall not contain an avatar or any other content that could be interpreted as being managed by, or otherwise related to or associated with, StyleKorean.
• Your social media account username and Rewards Code cannot include, contain, or otherwise resemble the word "StyleKorean." Your Rewards Code also cannot include an existing or previous StyleKorean promotion or coupon code.
• You cannot customize your Rewards Code to match any of your social media account usernames. Conversely, you cannot rename any of your social media account usernames to match your Rewards Code.
• Affiliates should only operate one social media account per social media platform to promote their Rewards Code. Promotion of a single Rewards Code using multiple accounts belonging to the same social media service is not allowed.
• You are expressly prohibited from posting your Rewards Code on any official StyleKorean social media accounts or the StyleKorean website (in reviews, social media comments, etc.) in an attempt to generate Commission. You are also prohibited from posting any comments on any official StyleKorean social media accounts or the StyleKorean website that could be interpreted as promoting or attempting to redirect users to other Internet locations (e.g., websites, social media accounts, or pages) that feature or distribute your Rewards Code.
• You are prohibited from posting your Rewards Code in an attempt to generate Commission, or posting comments that could be interpreted as attempting to promote or distribute your Rewards Code, on any social media accounts or websites owned or operated by entities Affiliated with StyleKorean, including but not limited to Affiliates or other entities that participate in the Program.
• Your blog, website, or social media pages may not resemble StyleKorean’s website or include any content that could imply an affiliation with StyleKorean.
• You may email your Rewards Code using your email or using the share icon found on StyleKorean’s website. However, such emails cannot look as if they are being sent or sponsored by StyleKorean.
• You may not create or utilize any client-side application (browser plugin, extension, executable, etc.) on any device that might imply affiliation with StyleKorean.
• StyleKorean reserves the right to immediately void your Commission and/or suspend your Rewards Code if fraudulent promotions or other conduct, including but not limited to the examples listed in these Terms and Conditions, are detected or suspected.

StyleKorean Affiliate Collaboration Opportunities

• StyleKorean will collaborate with outstanding Affiliates in the form of giveaways, product reviews, or coupons sponsored by StyleKorean. Your performance will be reviewed from time to time by StyleKorean, and selected Affiliates will be informed of collaboration opportunities.

StyleKorean Affiliate Products

• From time to time, StyleKorean may offer free products ("Affiliate Products") to All Affiliates in exchange for promotional considerations (as defined below).
• All participating Affiliates claiming and receiving Affiliate Products must create content ("Content") or, if specified or required by StyleKorean, perform promotional activities with Affiliate Products on their linked Social Media account, which they have registered with StyleKorean. Affiliates must submit links as proof of Content at My Affiliate Page > My Events.
• Only links to content on Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube will be considered valid links for proof of Content. Unless specified otherwise, links to other content or social media will not be considered valid submissions for this Program.
• Affiliate Products offered are only available while supplies last on a first-come, first-served basis. Only the product option (color, size, etc.) indicated as "free" qualifies as an Affiliate Product. Alternative options do not count as Affiliate Products and will not be given for free.
• Claiming Affiliate Products will only be possible during the period announced on the StyleKorean Affiliate Event Page.
• Affiliates may only request ONE (1) Affiliate Product per Affiliate Event.
• If an Affiliate claims an Affiliate Product, and the product is re-offered at any later date, then the Affiliate is prohibited from claiming the product an additional time. Affiliates may only request a specific Affiliate Product ONE (1) time.
• When the Affiliate adds an Affiliate Product to their Shopping Cart, the item's sale price will be adjusted to "free" automatically if the item is still available.
• Due to limited supplies of Affiliate Products, requests for reshipment will not be honored under any circumstances.
• If supplies of an Affiliate Product are exhausted or its promotion period ends, the item price will automatically return to the regular price without further notice. If this occurs while an Affiliate Product is placed in a Shopping Cart, the item will be shown as "Out of Stock" and cannot be purchased.
• If an Affiliate chooses to check out with only an Affiliate Product in their Shopping Cart, they are required to pay shipping fees and other miscellaneous or ancillary fees (if any occurred).
• Affiliate Product shipment may be limited to the countries StyleKorean can ship to.
• Affiliate Products are non-transferable and may not be redeemed or resold for cash or StyleKorean Points. Requests to change or cancel existing orders to add an Affiliate Product will not be entertained. Affiliate Products cannot be added to an Affiliate’s order if the order has already been placed.

How We Share Your Information

Except as described in this privacy policy, StyleKorean will not share your personal information with third parties unless you have consented to the disclosure or under the following limited circumstances.

Within Our Corporate Group

StyleKorean may share your personal information with other companies in our corporate group.

We have a legitimate interest in sharing your information for internal administrative purposes, in particular to offer the products and services on our website and mobile app and to deal with any inquiries in an efficient and high-quality manner. If you or the relevant Data Controller is located in the EEA, you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to such sharing. To exercise this right, you may at any time contact us as provided under "How To Contact Us" below.

Business Transfers

If StyleKorean is acquired by or merges with another company, StyleKorean may transfer personal information to that company (including transfers made as part of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings). In such an event, StyleKorean will notify you before your personal information is transferred if this information would become subject to a materially different privacy policy.

Service Providers

StyleKorean may from time to time share the information we collect from and about you with other third parties that provide support services to us, or that help us market our products and services. Examples are shipping vendors, billing and refund vendors, payment card processors, promoters and administrators of sweepstakes, contests, giveaways, and promotions, and companies that help us improve our product and service offerings and our websites. These companies may need information about you to perform their functions. These companies are not authorised to use the information we share with them for any other purpose. In some cases, StyleKorean and third-party service providers may share tracking information, including your IP address, and StyleKorean may provide information about your order to the website that has referred you to StyleKorean (and the referral network utilised by such website), to facilitate the calculation of any Commissions payable by StyleKorean. Aggregate Information

StyleKorean may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related website information to third parties, but these statistics will not include any personally identifying information.

Collection and Use of Content

• Content related to StyleKorean, including but not limited to Content featuring Affiliate Products, that a StyleKorean Affiliate produces for their social media channels or Content submitted directly to StyleKorean by the Affiliate may be collected by StyleKorean for its use (including, but not limited to, for marketing purposes). Such Content may consist of Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube videos, Instagram posts, or other social media posts, including text, images, video, and post data created by the Affiliate that mention StyleKorean as a sponsor or partner, use StyleKorean in a hashtag (e.g., #StyleKorean or #stylekorean), or feature Affiliate Products or other products received from StyleKorean as a part of the Program.
• As a StyleKorean Affiliate and in consideration of being admitted to the Program, you agree to grant StyleKorean a non-exclusive and irrevocable right to collect your Content from social media channels and the StyleKorean website for marketing, promotional, or analysis purposes. You also agree to grant StyleKorean’s business partners a non-exclusive and irrevocable right to publish your Content for marketing, promotional, or analysis purposes. Your granting of such rights does not constitute an agreement that any specific Content will be published by StyleKorean or StyleKorean’s business partners. Any use or publication of your Content shall be at the discretion of StyleKorean or StyleKorean’s business partners.
• If you do not agree to the collection and use of your Content, you may inform StyleKorean and choose to withdraw from the Program anytime.

Affiliate and Status Suspension and Banning

• Affiliates will be banned from the Program if they create content featuring StyleKorean products or the StyleKorean brand name that also includes the following:
  • Curses, obscenities, or profanity
  • Racist or discriminatory content
  • Sexual content such as nudity or sexually explicit images, or video
  • Comments responding to or copying content created by other Affiliates or content creators
  • "Spam" content
  • Off-topic discussion
• Affiliates will be automatically banned from the Program if they are determined by StyleKorean to have caused brand damage by posting and spreading inappropriate content, such as the examples previously listed, via comments or private messages on any social media channels, or have conducted themselves in a manner that could be interpreted as bringing StyleKorean into disrepute.
• Affiliates will be suspended from claiming Affiliate Products if they request more than one (1) Affiliate Product per Affiliate Event.
• When claiming Affiliate Products, Twinkling Star Affiliates will be granted a quota of ONE (1) Affiliate Product that does not have proof of Content, Shining Star Affiliates will be granted a quota of TWO (2) Affiliate Products that do not have proof of Content, and Luminous Star Affiliates will be granted a quota of THREE (3) Affiliate Products that do not have proof of Content.
• If an Affiliate receives the specific amount of Affiliate Products based on their Tier without submitting proof of Content, they will be suspended from the right to claim future Affiliate Products until proof of Content is submitted at My Affiliate Page > My Events.
• Affiliates will be banned from the Program if they perform any of the following actions after claiming Affiliate Products:
  • Resell an Affiliate Product to a third party
  • Deliberately submit incorrect or invalid proof of Content
• StyleKorean reserves the right to immediately void Commission, suspend or ban Affiliates, and/or void StyleKorean Affiliate (including "StyleKorean Affiliate" status) if any fraudulent activity, abuse, or conduct, including but not limited to the examples listed above, is detected or suspected.

Continuation or Transfer of the Program

• You acknowledge and agree that StyleKorean reserves the right at its sole discretion to transfer, assign or handover (the "Transfer") the Program and/or all or any part of its underlying interest and rights (including your eligibility, participation and/or Affiliate in the Program and the underlying content) to another Affiliate within the same group structure of StyleKorean.
• StyleKorean shall notify its Affiliates of the Transfer in advance (including the new Terms & Conditions, if applicable) by public posting as appropriate, and if the Affiliate does not agree to the Transfer and/or to be bound by the new Terms & Conditions, the Affiliate may inform StyleKorean within the designated timeframe and choose to withdraw from the Program accordingly. Otherwise, all then eligible Affiliates shall be automatically enrolled into the new Program according to the then Terms & Conditions (as appropriate).

Liability Disclaimer

• By requesting to join the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Only StyleKorean accounts verified with an email address and social media profile can be associated with the Program. Once enrolled in the Program, you will not be eligible to join any other Affiliate platforms. StyleKorean reserves the right to void Commission, disqualify StyleKorean Affiliate, and/or, in extreme cases, take legal action if any fraudulent activity or abuse is detected or suspected.
• StyleKorean reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify, or cancel the Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. However, StyleKorean will make reasonable efforts to notify members of these changes. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon public posting of the revisions.
• You agree to undertake to obtain and maintain any necessary and applicable licenses and permits required in your jurisdiction to be an Affiliate, and will indemnify StyleKorean against all claims, liabilities, suits, losses, damage and expenses, including costs and reasonable attorney fees, relating to or resulting from failure to obtain or maintain the necessary licenses and permits.
• Should there be any disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions, StyleKorean’s decision is final.
• These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea Special Administrative Region, and all relevant parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea Special Administrative Region.
• If discrepancies exist between the English Terms & Conditions and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
