Glides on smoothly but then dries matte and doesn't smudge. I have no idea how they make this happen, but I love it.

I bought it at a discount but it has been stuck with me since. I really love how smooth when I apply it. But I don't really recommend it for beginners or those why don't know how to use the applicator since it can be tricky to get it right and perfect.

Good eyeliner, has been one of my favorites for years. Most liners run a little on me, and this one does a bit after a few hours of wear, but it still performs much better than other gel liners I’ve tried, especially for the price. The little brush is surprisingly good, and having it part of the packaging is really convenient.
