I haven't had the chance to use this yet as I have too many toners open at this time (thus the neutral rating). The powder in this toner does settled at the bottle so you need to give it a good shake to loosen it up before you use it.

This toner feels really nice on my skin and reduces redness around my T-Zone. Remember to shake it every time because there is cica at the bottom. Overall, one of my favorite toners.

This toner is calming and leaves a matt finish. There is a powder at the bottom of the bottle of the toner that you have to shake it up Before use. The finish is a soft matt and is not drying.
