Whenever my skin is breaking out, I use this mask and it calms down my skin. When I wake up the next morning, my pimples seem smaller and less red. The only thing I don't like about this product is the smell - it smells a bit like alcohol or tylenol. However, because the mask is so effective, I repurchase this again and again and look past the smell.

I'm not sure about exfoliating ingredients in sheet masks but this was gentle enough to not be irritating. Doesn't do much for the price though.

I havent used all the mask up to say it is life-changing yet. I noticed more breakout the next I use it... maybe it is related, maybe its not.
