Love this essence. It's not the cheapest on the market, but it is more affordable than higher-end brands like SKII and way better quality that some of its lower-budget competitors. It provides decent moisture and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth before I apply the rest of my skincare.

It’s really good for oily skin

I love this essence so much!! I have oily, acne-prone skin and used this in the morning after cleansing and before any other skincare. It has a watery texture with no scent, and it absorbs quickly without leaving any residue. It's moderately hydrating, and the ceramide NP gives a very slight moisture. It's very soothing and seems to help calm redness while brightening and evening my skin tone. It generally seemed to improve my overall skin health (fewer breakouts, quicker healing, and a stronger skin barrier). I'm not sure if it's a coincidence since I started using this at the same time I started using adapalene, but my skin looks so healthy and glowy while using this. It did sting slightly on extremely irritated skin, so be mindful if you have very dry, sensitive skin from something like adapalene or an allergic reaction. I definitely plan to repurchase!!

Very light watery texture. I layer at least 3 times w this toner as I have dry skin. I'm currently using this toner in the winter time... I should have saved it for summertime though

Definitely recommend this over the SK-II pitera essence. Better for more sensitive skin and the same base galactomyces product.

The first ever essence I had try. It really good for my skin and it’s really hydrating. I’m gonna re-purchase it for sure.

I tried a sample of the SKII water and loved it! I couldn't justify the price point and this honestly is just as good for much less. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't bother my skin at all. It is very light and watery. It has helped my skin so much. I break out much less and I'm not as oily as before. Highly recommend. Will be buying more after I run out.

It brightens the skin and helps with texture.

This makes my skin texture look so much better. My pores are less noticeable and I have less breakouts. The watery texture makes it easy to put into a mist bottle. Balances my oil production.
