This is a good retinol starter considering it's concentration and ability to use during both day and night. You just need to use sunscreen when using it in the morning. I noticed improvements in my skin after 3 weeks of use. Skin feels more soft and even in the morning after using it at night.

I apply it at night although you can use during the day (always remember to use sunscreen afterwards if during the day).
