Niacinamide brightens dark under eyes (not the structural type but darkness due to sun exposure and irritation). This cream also has peptide, collagen, adenosine which are great at keeping the skin hydrated and elastic. This is a bit heavier so I won't recommend for extremely oily eyelids, but for people dealing with dry eyelids and/or fine lines this is great.

I always wanted to have an undereye cream for my eyebags since I noticed that it is becoming darker. Good thing I have tried this Heimish Marine care retinol eye serum. I use it for 2 weeks and it did lighten my undereye a bit. yes, a bit, maybe because I somehow still sleep late :( I hope it will improve my undereye color once I sleep early regularly.

However, this is a stronger retinol so I would only recommend using it at night. It made my skin a little sensitive when I used it both morning and night. I also use it for my nasolabial folds, and I noticed lesser lines around my smile lines.
