The facial essence has rich concentration of snail mucin which makes it easy to spread and the pump bottle helps a lot making it less messy to apply. What I love the most is the fact that it’s non-comedogenic, meaning it won’t clog or block the pores of my skin. Slimy and stringy texture is to be expected from this product although no trace of scent is present. Like most snail mucin products, this one too requires a bit of time to absorb. It can be a bit sticky to feel but it will gradually fades away once the product is fully absorbed. It’s absolutely soothing , hydrating and a bit moisturizing for my skin. I have dry skin type, so I mainly use this for hydration. And since this has peptides, it’s also good as an additional anti-aging product. Also, I noticed that this is slightly thicker than the snail mucin that I’m used to, which I don’t really mind since my skin needs all that hydration and moisture. My normal - dry skin really enjoys using this essence. It doesn't feel sticky and heavy on the skin and I think it would also be great for oily skin. What I feel is that my skin becomes moist, supple and there is a sothing effect when my skin is reddish.
