Even though this is a spot treatment, and it is indeed really effective at being a spot treatment, I like to apply this very thinly on my T-zone and oily areas as it helps prevent acnes from ever forming. I wish AXIS-Y would sincerely make this product into a larger bottle, as I don't think I can live without this in my routine. I will be repurchasing multiple back ups. The serum itself is not sticky and sinks in easily. There are little balls in the serum which need to be thoroughly rubbed in. A tiny amount will cover a large area, so only a little bit is needed. As a spot treatment please use 2-3 days in a row on your acne to see proper results. I also like to use this underneath a pimple patch, and within 1 day the acne is totally dried up. Cannot recommend this enough
