It cleans all of my waterproof mascara and stain/tinted lip products away.

It does the job well, no breakouts and cleans off makeup well. The smell isn’t my favorite but it’s not too over powering.

not only does this balm melt away even the most stubborn makeup, but it also dissolves the oil on my skin! and instead of stripping my skin, it moisturizes and cleans off well with a water cleanser.

I really like this oil cleanser, it's really gentle, has a slight herbal smell, and it is very effective and non irritating. I love the packaging, it's super friendly for travelling. What else could you possibly want from a first step cleanser?

smell wise do not like it clean it zero has a better smell and texture it removes makeup well doesn't irritate the eyes good product over all.

I think I’m on my 3rd purchase. Will continue to buy. If I had to compare with other cleaning balm this one is a winner for me.

It removes the sunscreen, makeup, and oil on my face. Love how it packages with a lid and a scoop that can be kept inside.

I double cleanse especially on days I decide to wear makeup. I use this to melt my makeup off because using face wipes isn’t good for your skin (all that tugging on the skin) this is a great alternative and I feel like my makeup is completely off. I love the packaging!

This is my number one makeup remover. I use it every day. My skin is mixed but it does not make my acne. It cleanses all my makeup layers: mascara, eyeliner, lip color ... without spending too much time. It has a sturdy packaging design. I always recommend it to my friends.

This balm is sooooo good its my holy grail for cleaning off my makeup, it doesn't leave a residue and my skin feels super clean

Well we don’t need much words to describe this. It is a waxy balm and melts straight after touching your hand temperature. Works perfectly in melting down your make up instantly. Doesn’t leave on any oily feeling after washing with lukewarm water.

it is a really good oil cleanser. You only need a small amount to remove a whole face of makeup so it lasts a long time. It doesn’t irritate the eyes so you can use it to to remove eye makeup as well.

 

It gets rid of every inch of makeup on your face, doesn't hurt the eye, but if kept for a long time, it does only a bit, would be better if it didn't have a bland smell

Very good I love to use this facial cleanser. This is my second purchase. This facial cleanser is very smooth and soft can clean perfectly even for heavy makeup. My skin is oily but never problematic using this product. This product also does not make my skin dry. Perfect Perfect Perfect I can buy again

I absolutely adore this cleansing balm. The ingredients are great and it does not leave a weird film on my face when rinsing off. I've used this religiously ever since it came out. I also bought one for my friend to try out. She likes it, as well. I do plan on purchasing more.

It's really creamy and effective

I use this almost everyday and it is lasting me a long time. It is especially worth if you can get it on sale. The packaging is very simple but I really like it. It is a nice addition to my vanity. There is a slight soapy scent to it but it does not bother me or anything. I prefer this over the BanilaCo one because that one felt a little too slippery and I am afraid it would clog my pores.
