I tried putting this serum inside my beauty fridge to prevent it from going off fast and it cystalised! I do not suggest putting the crytalised serum on to your skin because it will sting and irritate your skin! Just put it in your shelf, but away from sunlight. Despite of my mishap, I do still like this Vit C serum. It's affordable and contains a high level of L-Ascorbic Acid that can help brighten dark spots on your skin. This really helped brighten my pimple scars. I would not recommend this to people who has never used a high concentration of Vit C before. This can be irritating for you. I heard a lot of people say they purged while using Vit C serums, but luckily it didnt happen to me. Another con about this product is how sticky it is. I have to really pat it into your skin and wait for a few mins before it fully absorbed. I hope they can change the formulation a bit to be less sticky cause that's one of the biggest turn off for me about this product. Other than, it's good!

When product arrived it was a bit foamy as i live in a very hot region and product shouldn't be exposed to heat. Thankfully product was not spoiled. I have been using for 2 months and it is showing amazing improvement on my skin

It can sting. It feels like it is literally lime squeezed in the bottle. Overall it is nice serum.

Has a pretty interesting scent but otherwise gets the job done. Has a reddish color which I thought meant it oxidized but it is just like that.

I don't really like it because it has a tendency to leak and oxidize easily. Probably wouldn't repurchase.

I always worry about vitamin c products — especially ones with ascorbic acid — getting oxidized in transit, so I was glad to see that it was sealed with flat, screw-on lid and the dropper packaged separately, so when I opened it the serum was perfectly clear and fresh, with a lovely scent. I’m concerned that it’s water-based, since LAA is known to be more stable in anhydrous solutions. I’m going to keep it in the fridge and cross my fingers. I also am not thrilled that it has alcohol in it and wish I had noticed beforehand. I’ve already been using a different 20% LAA product, so it hasn’t been too harsh for me so far, but it’s good to be careful with vitamin C. I’ll be interested to see if the additional ingredients, such as zinc, niacinamide, beta-glucan, and ubiquinone make a difference to the effects over time.
