Its pretty watery and has a pump. It is very gentle and doesn't burn even when I used on damaged skin, which is not recommended tho, oops, but it works gently, haven't used it that often to see results.

I really like the toner's formula itself. It feels slightly cooling, and my skin feels cleaner afterwords. The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is the packaging. Since I use cotton rounds with toners, the pump makes it difficult to control the amount that comes out. Still, I'd recommend it for those with combo-oily, acne prone skin.
