Since it contains fermented ingredient, this for me can replace an essence step. However, since it does contain EOs and alcohol, I will not repurchase.

My new favorite toner. I love how it sinks in the skyn and I can apply multiple layers.I have more than one toner. The smell is not so strong and goes away immediately. Smells like lavender. The black rice serum has a stronger smell. The texture is very nice and is not very running.

Not a runny toner, a little more viscous but absorbs really well. fragrance is a little off putting but not too bad that I would stop using the product. Good to layer as a second, more hydrating toner. thought the black rice extract may have extra brightening benefits, but that will need to be observed over longer period of time.

I had to give away, product smelled like urinal cakes. I know many people love but I couldn't get passed initial comparison.

Holy moly this is amazing! I try lots of new products a lot and all the time. My skin drank this baby up! I suspect this will fast become a holy grail for me. Highly recommend

i think this will be ideal for summer time as it sinks into skin so quick without a trace, but maybe not enough for cooler months with drier humidity, but might work great any time for those who have oily skin.

I bought this because I was told to try it so I am eager to see results from the black rice toner. Watery consistency and soaks in skin easily. Looking forward to seeing long term results

There's fragrance in the product but I don't mind. I am liking it so far.

This toner has a great texture, it is slightly viscous and super smooth. It does have a really strong scent that is hard to describe. It's not great, but also not super unpleasant. It's just very distinctive. It doesn't bother me enough to stop using the product, and it is hydrating for the skin. Will probably buy again.
