smells light and goes on so easily and without tugging. i haven't put it on over makeup yet though. but if i'm a little sweaty / wet, it does struggle to go on my skin so you do neeed to put on dry skin

can't say anything bad about it. the only thing can be that don't let it go to your eyes!
