I've tried 3 different versions of the banila co clean it zero series, this one, the nourishing and the purifying versions as well. I tried this for the first time in around 2015 before it was reformulated and it started my love for using cleansing balms to remove make up and sunscreen. I prefer the reformulated version of the original clean it zero way more than the one I tried back then! I find that it rinses away easier and doesn't leave a film on the skin. It also is more gentle on the eyes which is great for when you have to use it to remove eye make up! I have sensitive and dry skin and usually stay away from products with fragrance but I do not mind the fragrance for this product! It isn't irritating or sensitizing and is actually quite nice! It has a light sweet scent that is enjoyable to use at night after a long day. In comparison to the other versions, my favourite is the purifying version, then this and the nourishing last. I find that it doesn't remove make up as effectively as the other versions but it is very gentle and doesn't dry my skin out so I still enjoy it. You might want to try the other versions if you wear waterproof make up as it might be harder to remove with this version (I find that the purifying version removes make up better!). Overall, this is a great cleansing balm and I'm happy I decided to retry it!

The best makeup remover cream. Very gentle yet removes all the makeup including waterproof. I always stock up on it whenever it’s on sale.

This is a nice cleansing balm. Has a faint smell and nice consistency. Like that it comes with a spatula. It comes off nicely with water. It can feel a little gritty at times, but that's okay (I think it come with using too much). This product does not hurt my eyes which is nice. However, it sometimes can leave a film in my eye which is kinda wiered. A little goes a long way, I tend to use more than I need. The packaging is also somewhat misleading/unnecessarily large. There's what's probably a couple of centimeters of plastic around the actual pot of product. But over all, this does remove all my makeup and sunscreen without any harsh rubbing. It actually feels really nice to use this after a long day.

This is a good cleansing balm but it does slightly sting the eyes.

This is my second purchase. My first one was in Changi Airport and it lasted me almost 8 months of daily use. Right after I used the Tatcha Cleansing Oil, but when I see this went on sale here, I decided to go back to Banila Co. I like the formula and how clean it feels after your cleansing, it is not drying but you know that all the dirt and gunk was thoroughly removed from your face. I'm using it daily as part of my night time routine and will definitely re-purchase.

One of the first cleansing balm i came across from Korea. Yet to try this new upgraded version but previous version is nice.

I heard so many good things about this product but unfortunately...it doesn't take off all my makeup. I wear usually the heroine make long and curl mascara or the dolly wink mascara and it doesn't make the mascara budge...the Banila co cream gets in my eyes really easily and clouds my vision. I honestly would not recommend this product at all.

I bought to used as a step for double cleansing. This dissolve in water easily which you don’t have to be rough on your face.. there weren’t any noticeable scent. Overall, this can melt down even with hardcore waterproof mascara!
