Have not used any cotton pads once so ever, so it was something to get used to, enjoyed it though.

it's a bit rough on the skin even when it's wet. i don't think you should rub your skin with this. I'll be going back to the silcot cotton sponge pads

It’s a nice rectangular pad. It feels soft on the skin and non abrasive. It feels stiff when dry but as soon as it gets some type of liquid it turns to like a wet paper towel, doesn’t hold up like a regular cotton pad but doesn’t absorb or waste product either.
