I bought this product because I enjoyed Skinfood Royal Honey Propolis Enrich Essence. Compared to that product, it is less nourishing but more lightweight making this a suitable essence to use during the warmer months and the original better for the colder months. For those with sensitive skin, there is a fragrance and a cooling sensation upon application. I did not react badly to it but I prefer products without fragrance.

Never tried Skinfood products before, and was really excited to try this serum. It has very nice refreshing and cooling feeling on the skin after application. The packaging is really nice to and makes it easy to dispense the product. My skin looks much smoother and really helps to minimize pores. However I would prefer to use this serum in summer, as I think it is not enough for me in cold and winter climate now.

I've always been a big fan of skinfoods products so was really excited to try this one. I do have very large pores and combination skin. One of my concerns with products in general is that I don't like when it feels like another surface on the skin, I want it to feel as lightweight as possible. This product feels super fresh and cooling , really nice for a hot and humid place Will continue using it

Like the original propolis essence, interested to try this one.

Hello, they did not deliver my order . I received another order. I contacted them, but they did not respond to me . that’s my first order from this app. (I sent a message from December 13th twice, and until now, nothing happened)

The bottle is next level - you twist the cap and it activates the dropper. The essence is quite watery and has a menthol smell but my sensitive skin approves because there's no stingy feeling or discomfort after using.

I love the feeling of the serum on my skin. Using it after toner and it’s a bit complicated to adjust the amount with this new dropper. The dropper should be a simple one not like this, when I push it down, the serum just spritz out and have no control how much and where to put it. This is much lighter and watery in texture compared to their original propolis essence, much like a toner than an essence that you usually use with a syringe. When applied, feels a tingle of coolness which is great. I also spot a hint of mint while using the product. I like it a lot because I enjoyed the cool sensation it gives me. It just bring the temperature of my skin down. Despite the watery consistency, it is still hydrating. Nice product. The bottle is also so pretty, the silver and mint green is just love.

It’s a lightweight watery texture, sinks in nicely, leaving a nice dewy finish. It is less sticky that conventional Propolis based products, so get this if you don’t like that sticky-goeey texture. I enjoy using this during day time as it is easy to incorporate in morning routine.

The honey and fermented propolis extract deliver a huge moisture boost to my skin and the antioxidants from the fementation process are essential in keeping your skin healthy, firm and elastic. Not only does this essence hydrate your skin, it also claims to shrink your pores thanks to the PHA (Gluconolactone ) and the green apple extract which ‘purify’ your skin. PHA is also a gentler chemical exfoliator compared to BHA and AHA which means you can use this daily with less concern about sun sensitivity. I love the texture of this essence and the way it is absorbed so easily and leaves my skin cool AND hydrated. As someone who is self conscious about my enlarged pores and blackheads/whiteheads, I couldn’t resist getting this essence. I apply this the way Olive Young recommends to - pouring some into the palm of your hands and pressing it gently into your skin. You do need to be quite careful with this as it is watery and runs off easily.

Leaves a nice chilly minty feeling on the face. Would be great for summer months. I live the packaging.. so luxurious.

first off, I was really impressed by the bottle as the dropper was fancier than other bottles. The texture of this essence was really watery, and I think it would take some time to sink in, but it felt really nice. The smell is like a mintyish smell(?). I'm kind of sensitive to smells and if I knew that it had a smell, I wouldn't have gotten it, but it's very manageable and it smells good! The smell fades away after it sinks in.

I just received my order and love the bottle, this essence leaves my skin moisturized. love it

I’ve liked the other Skinfood Propolis products I’ve tried, particularly the barrier cream. Unfortunately, this is not one of my favourites. While it does leave a refreshing chill when first applied, it didn’t add any moisture to my skin. Consistency is thin, like water. Left my face feeling drier than before I applied it! There is no perceptible fragrance. Perhaps this would work for oily skin, but it’s not the right product for my dry, aging skin.
