This toner has a very liquid texture like water, is easily absorbed and has a refreshing aroma. This toner has a satin-like finish for softer and healthier looking skin.

The consistency is between a water and an emulsion. I apply the toner by gently dabbing it into the skin. My skin feels hydrated right away. No feeling of dryness. The toner is packed with: Oat Kernel Extract Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract Beta-Glucan to soothe and moisturize the skin.

I ended up really loving this toner. The formula is thin, watery and very quickly absorbing. The Napier's formula gives it a herbal scent and the toner itself is very hydrating and also quite calming. It's a great toner to use post-treatment. It soothes my skin upon contact and is a really great follow-up to the Super Knights mask.
