As a cleansing balm, it works well. However, I was hoping the scent to be more orangey or citrusy because it says "Mandarin". The scent is quite subtle, which may be great for those who prefer minimal scent. Overall, this is a good cleansing balm though.

With old one .. but this is new one ..: let’s c … hope so it has not strong fragrance … hope work best like the original one ..

The mandarin scent is definitely on point, not my prefer scent but it grew on me. As for performance , it melts quickly on my face and I don’t have to heat it for long before able to massage it on my face. Not overly dry, but I wish it was more hydrating for my dry skin. For oily to normal skin type, I think you’ll love it. Scent is definitely personal. Also, after water washing, there’s no residual feeling, but I still use micellar water on cotton pad to pass my face, but surely not needed.
