Honestly, I bought this toner because of the popularity in South Korea. Since I don't have sensitive skin or much redness, it's hard to assess the soothing effect. However, it's a watery toner that seems gentle.

Ive only used it for a couple of weeks now, but I can already tell I love it. I use it daily, its very soothing and leaves my skin feeling soft. The other toners ive used have been great for the most part but this one just gives me the best results! Love the toner it does not leave my face dry.

This toner? Solid. It's refreshing, no sting, just a good prep for whatever comes next in my routine. It's quietly dependable, and that's all I need.

The odorless, non-irritating, and watery liquid is ideal for applying layers of hydration. It is not sticky and absorbs readily despite being light. In addition, it reduces redness and certain pimples that have appeared around my lips.

For me, this toner didn’t do much on my skin. This toner is so watery and I prefer my toner a bit viscous and thicker. IMHO, this toner very suitable for oily skin and for dry skin, this would not be hydrating enough. I can see the soothing effect when I do 3-4 layers of this toner. The good thing about this toner is it comes in a big volume.
