I was a little worried about this having a funky smell, but happy to say there is no unpleasant scent. It feels luxurious with heavy glass packaging, but this means it is not travel friendly! I would worry about keeping it upright all the time, otherwise I think it might be prone to leaking from the top. Overall after an initial use, it's an interesting, non irritating and skin friendly product. I use this either immediately after cleansing or after toner when I want to use one.

Okay, so this is my THIRD time repurchasing this essence. All I can say is that its just amazing. It is SUPER hydrating and I love how plump it makes my skin, the texture is very milky and smooth. First of all, the bottle is made of a thick and matte glass, it’s so pretty! It smells amazing but isn’t necessarily fragranced! It has a very faint, sweet smell and the texture is so nice. It’s thicker than usual, but still lightweight and is very smooth! I have really dry and sensitive skin and I found it to be very hydrating and it hasn’t been irritating for me, personally! My skin feels so soft after using it, when I run out I will definitely repurchase! You should try it!

The toner is unique in that it consists of oil and water-based solution. One has to shake it to mix the two before the application. The toner glides on and absorbs into the skin very quickly. I apply it with hands following a watery toner. The toner is not only hydrating but also very soothing. My redness and blemishes calm down the following day.
