Part of my current winter routine and I'm loving it. My only concern is that it foams a little bit, but I find other essences (particularly hyaluronic and niacinamide ones) to foam too, so maybe it has these or similar ingredients.

NIce toner. It's very mild. Not too thick but not too light either.
