This is a great toner that calms down my inflamed acne as well as providing general moisture to the skin.

It has calmed down a lot of my irritation and texture. The consistency is very watery, so I often put 3 layers and found that my skin has been generally more resilient throughout the day. It does seem to be more soothing than hydrating, but hydrating nonetheless.
