PROS:
* Very hydrating. I love the texture of this toner; it's not too watery and not too mucilaginous. It's enough that on particularly humid days, I can use this alone as a moisturizer. (+2 stars)
* Gentle for all skin use. I have sensitive, acne-prone, and problematic skin but this toner is so moisturizing and lightweight that I haven't experienced any irritation or breakout. (+1 star)
* Effective in reducing skin redness. (+1 star)
* Affordable. For the price and product size, this toner is worth it. Before this, my go-to toner was the (now no longer manufactured) Whamisa Green Tea serum which was ridiculously expensive and lasted me only about 3 months. I have been using the Pyunkang Yul one for almost 4 months now and I still have 3/4ths of toner left. (+1 star)
CONS:
None.
OVERALL:
If you're looking for a well hydrating, affordable toner that doubles as a light moisturizer, Pyunkang Yul is worth every cent! As a side note, if you like snail mucin type of toners/serums but don't like the sticky viscous texture of one, this toner is the perfect balance.
