The patch is thin and oval which helps with application and blends with the skin. I wear make up on top of it and you can barely tell. I like the differences in size for my different trouble patches/area.

I really do think that these work, they help especially in cases where you have one of those painful pimples that is stuck under the surface of the skin, that hurt and take a few days to surface. These patches help bring it to the surface at a faster rate! The only thing I did not like is that for my skin, they did not stick as well (although to be fair the pimple was on my eyebrow so its kinda hard to stick in that area), and sometimes it takes multiple nights of wearing the patches for the pimple to fully surface! Other than that these work great and many of my friends will wear them during the daytime because the clear material makes it hard for them to be noticed.

Great when I start to breakout during that time of the month. Just pop one after a cleaning the face and pop one on before bedtime. Make sure your skin is dry before putting it on or it will fall off.
