When this cream said it was extreme it was not kidding. It is rich and thick. It conveniently comes packaged with a spatula too. I have dehydrated skin and this season's autumn has felt like a dry winter. Well, this cream really helped. I used it at night and woke up with a soft face. It didn't clog my pores and it also contains great ingredients to help with the skin barrier. I would recommend this product to others.

This is mega moisturiser. I got this to combine with my tretinoin cream that really dries out my skin. Needed something out of the ordinary to stop my skin to peel after. So far amazed of how it feels on the skin and really excited to keep using it

Rich, thick, and creamy like something out of a butter commercial, this goes on more like a cleansing balm than a moisturizer to begin with, then melts into your skin. In the summer, I'm too oily for this even as a night cream, but it's a good winter cream for some extra rejuvenation and protection if you've gotten a bit wind-burned. Would be really excellent for a drier skin type.

I needed something extra moisturizing for winter so I tried this, and I was not disappointed. The texture is kind of like balm, but it's spreadable once rubbed on skin. It smells like herb a little but nothing strong. My skin usually breaks out from heavy cream, but this one doesn't break me out/clog my pores at all, it's a good product for dry and sensitive skin. Though I find I need quite a lot to cover my whole face because it is quite thick.

This by far the best cram to use during harsh winter. My dry skin loves this. It's thick and moisturizing. It also helps build my skin barrier. I use it on other parts of my body as well. I only wish it would come in a tube of a pump style bottle.

The Real Barrier Extreme cream is great for the cold winter Exactly what I need to protect and heal dry patches and strengthen the skin barrier. The cream works for my sensitive skin and doesn’t irritate my skin. The scent is very subtle and although it looks thick, the cream applies nicely and smooths out nicely so it doesn’t feel that thick afterwards.

I have combination skin type so there certain area on my face that produce extra sebum, this cream is a little too thick for me but it’s is surely a great cream for those who has combination to dry/ dry/ sensitive skin because it is calming and gentle to the skin and even it has a thick texture it does absorb nicely into the skin not sticky at all.

This is a very thick occlusive cream, it works wonder for broken skin barrier, there is a mild soothing scent which I love. This cream definitely has heavy texture and I can feel it forms a protective layer on top of my skin, but nothing uncomfortable, in fact I felt that it ‘hugs’ my skin. It is perfect for dry and sensitive skin, also if you want something to combat the dry weather during colder months, then look no more.

I like this moisturizer. I was experiencing some dry patches and I used this cream at night and the next morning, my skin was so soft! I enjoyed using this day and night. Even though it says extreme cream, it absorbs into my skin nicely.

The consistency of this product is quite thick so at first it’s not the first moisturiser I go and use. But I’ve found that it’s helped to calm down my skin so I’ll give it some more time !
