It use to be number 1 in hwahae app in Korea. I love it. It calms the breakout... Definitely soon jung line of etude house worth the hype... You should try all their produts. It is amazing for the price.

I cannot live without this product, as it perfectly calms any irritation that appears on my face. One tube is enough to last me for months, and I already have so many tubes stocked up. Will continue to repurchase in the future.

When many others stated that this could calm irritation, I thought it was a marketing gimmick. I didn't think the product was truly so powerful, yet it was. The ingredients are so pure and the cream itself isn't heavy. It helps to calm down any of my irritation and also keeps my skin nicely moisturized. Would forever repurchase this item in order to save my sensitive skin.

Ligth balm I prefer to use as a moisturiser. Small package but it's supposed to use only in areas of concern like pimples that are growing.

I want to like this but when I use it, sometimes I get a big pimple. I'm sure because this is the only one I added to my skincare. Tried it many times. Many skincare gurus say that this is really good for sensitive skin. Maybe it really depends.

I first tried this balm as a sample size from the acne box of @stylekorean_global after a while I saw a big difference and decided to buy the full size. I am glad I found my holy grail product! Kudos to this one!

This is probably the only cica product you'll ever need. Being a roadshop brand this product is very impressive, any kind of irritation can be soothe by this, not saying it'll magically make it go away but it is a nice remedy for irritated skin.

This product is okay. At first i used this to spot treat my dry patches but it didn't do anything and then I tried to use this for my whole face and I think it broke me out on my cheeks. However, I used this during the summer, so I'll try to use this again in the winter and see if anything happens. Also, I have combination skin.

I have been hearing a lot of good things about Etude House's SoonJung line. This is my first time using a cica balm, it is very calming and helpful for my skin. I hope this comes in a larger tube haha, but I would like to try other cica balms as well.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! It absorbs really easily and doesn't feel heavy on the skin. It also makes my skin feel really moisturized even during the harsh winter (which is when I started using it). A little goes a long way and I love the squeeze tube packaging (tubs are messier). I wish they came in a bigger size!!

I've been using this one some sensitive and easily red spots on my face and this has reduced redness and calmed the skin significantly. I also had a bad rash on my neck and this soothed it completely in 1-2days.  

Helped calm my red and irritated skin.

I tried many other Moisturisers before but they all broke me out eventually so i am always worried when it comes to them but this thing herecit keeps my skin happy and i can feel like it actually lock in and do its job definely a love

It’s not as thick as other balms I’ve tried but it’s enough to keep my skin moisturized.

It's a balm but melts into a watery consistency as its applied to the skin. Very calming and healing. Helps calm down irritations. Hands down a definite holy grail.

Good if you having issues with your skin such as reaction to other products or acids.
