The product melts away makeup but is overhyped

The absolute best way to remove every type of makeup. Every night I use this to remove my mascara and foundation and it always does so impeccably. I always used to hate the process of removing my mascara as it hurt my eyes, made me lose lashes, pulled my skin and made my eyes irritated in general. Now those worries have passed, because this cleansing balm removes the eye makeup in only a few swirls, doesn’t pull on the skin and leaves lashes intact. When you remove the balm with luke warm water, it turns into a fine milk like consistency and flushes away. Follow this cleanse up with a foam/jelly cleanser as a second cleanse. Tip: use a damp qtip to remove any excess in your eyes as the balm doesn’t reach that far. Have used about 6 of these jars. An absolute recommendation.

It's a lot like the heimish balm. Good at removing all of the make-up and preps my face for my cleanser.

Only cleansing balm I'll ever use unless I find something better and doesn't burn my eyes just makes them a little foggy.

It does a really good job taking off make up, but after using it, my skin is soft but very dry as well.

Nothing works better than this oil cleanser! I have really sensitive skin, so I hate when makeup removers don't work well and I have to keep tugging at my skin to remove all my makeup, but this breaks down everything so well there is little irritation to my skin!

In just a small amount, it can melt away the make up on your face. I love the packaging because it comes with a scoop so I don't need to use my fingers to apply the product. I totally love this product!

I use this everyday to remove my waterproof sunscreen and also does a great job taking off every single bit of make up in my skin.

After you scoop out the balm and melt it on your hands, it turns into a cleansing oil like feel. It does it’s job perfectly, leaving almost zero makeup on your face. Make sure you use it on dry face!

I’ve tried the old formula and I have to say the new formula is better both texture wise and the omitting of some potentially irritating ingredients. It has a nice fluffy texture and it removes makeup like a dream but if I had to choose between this and the heimish cleansing balm, I’d choose Heimish. It’s cheaper and they give you more product

Buat yg suka pake make up, cleansing balm is a must buat double cleanse. Ini teksturnya enak sih, bersih juga ngehapus make up nya. Sudah banyak reviewnya juga kalo clean it zero ini top banget.

Like the consistency of these.. I cannot say much about it's cleansing ability coz I don't wear makeup, but it feels good on your skin..

this is my second one and I love how easy this is to use. it's super gentle and take the makeup right off. make sure you follow-up with a double-cleanse!

This product has been so hyped up that I needed to try it myself. Balm texture that turns into an oil when massaging it into the face as a first step of oil cleansing in a routine. Pros: - Doesn't have an overwhelming smell - Its just awesome to travel with it since its a balm - Convenient when trying to remove light makeup - Has a lot of product comparing the price, will last you long Cons: - Some people have reported breaking out from it so be aware! (I haven't experience it yet) - When you use it, it can turn out to be very messy - Doesn't remove all the makeup, have to follow up with another makeup remover if you want to get rid of it all - If it gets into your eyes it really stings! - Its not hygienic if you don't use the spatula that they give you
