work well with my needs, i just put sunscreen on, and the packaging is nice to use

my makeup literally melts when i use this. so great especially if you use waterproof mascara

This is my second purchase of the heimish cleansing balm and I've tried several others, including cleansing oils, but I think this product is the most worth it for its price. If you are sensitive to coconut oil, this might not be the product for you but otherwise I recommend any one who doesn't have a oil cleansing product to purchase this. You can take a small scoop with the spatula and either apply directly on your face and massage it in, or if you are sensitive to friction, you can melt the balm into an oil with your palms first then apply to your face. It really removes everything and most importantly EMULSIFIES so elegantly which ensures that the product can actually be washed off well with water. For it's price, it really is an all-purpose makeup remover and even removes Japanese-grade waterproof mascara as long as you let the product sit on your eyelashes for a while. Of course, follow up with a water-based cleanser and you should be free of any makeup and impurities on your skin. 

This is my second buy. It works really well. First balm then oil and finally milk. I use only a little because it can be too much. Recommend!

Does what I want: breaks down makeup and emulsifies with water. I do feel like it can leave a film if my water isn't warm enough and I'm not crazy about the scent. I like it because it's often on sale and just works.

Lots of product, the scent is very “soap-like” but light. Melts nicely and gets off all the gunk and is great for my first cleanse

This balm is super smooth, silky, and is for any skin type. This balm used many different oils to breakdown the oils, sunscreens, makeup, and any dirt from the skin for a first cleanse. It's a cult favourite for a reason.

The heimish all clean balm is absolutely amazing I tried it to clean my makeup and it did not only clean my skin but it made it smooth and shiny and it didn’t Make my skin burn or red like some other makeup removers.

One thing I love about this product is that it deep cleans without stripping off your skin of all oils. Your skin doesn’t feel tight after using this product because it moisturizes as it cleans. Your skin will no longer overproduce sebum

the scent is similar to a spa hand towel, citrusy and luxurious. It melts well and does the job.

I have tried quite a few oily cleansers but this is without a doubt my favorite one! I always come back to it. The sensation when applying it is luxurious and the soft fragrance is an additional pleasure!

I actually finished this cleansing balm and I really like it. It is good for travel as you are not carrying a liquid-like all the oil cleansers. I felt like it did a good job at melting my makeup off but it would not remove all my eye makeup. I had to use a separate makeup remover for my eyes.
