Never considered using low ph shampoo, but really made me think more about what I'm putting in my hair

This shampoo is so gentle on my scalp.

Mixed feelings about this product. i like this product. i can feel the texture of my hair improving. however it dries my scalp a bit. 

This is a decent shampoo, but I think I prefer Pyunkang Yul's other shampoo for my dry, sensitive scalp. It just feels not as great in comparison, but I can't put my finger on the difference.

Leaves head feeling great and refreshed. Will repurchase when on sale

Definitely didn't irritate my scalp, but also felt a bit drying. I'll try it again in the summer when it's not so dry here and hopefully it works better then.

I have scalp eczema and hope this will help and it kinda did.. doesn’t irritate skin or scalp

I've been eyeing this for the longest time. Was able to buy during anniv sale. Got my package after JUST 6 DAYS!!! I am thrilled with the result. After washing it may feels squeeky clean, but with my experience with MANY SHAMPOO even korean brand, this is the ONLY ONE that made my hair tamed and looked like i've been in a salon.-- didn't use conditioner Finally found the rigrh shampoo for me. I AM ALWAYS A PYUNKANG YUL PERSON AND ALWAYS RECOMMENDS TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

This is a good product it worked great with my oily skin and had really factors.Purchased this and other items from the range as gifts. They arrived promptly, gift packaging was great, and the products are wonderful.Beautiful natural oil. I have been using this in the day and the rosehip one at night and given up on makeup! My skin feels amazing. I love that these are plastic free in their little metal bottles. I sourced them out specifically for that - bonus is that the oil and the company is lovely too. The only thing was, if you're looking for plastic free, they come with a plastic pump too which I wasn't expecting (though in hindsight I think it does say this in the listing) however it is useful and when I re-order I will just request now not to send one in my next order and reuse the ones I have. after using, i feel scalp is less oily. 4/5 because the product came leaking, spilled everywhere to my other products

For the first time I use a shampoo that does not foam. While I'm not used to it and I have a large consumption of shampoo.

Bought it for my partner who had flaky head and beard scalp. His scalp conditions is much more improved now. Scaling has reduced significantly. I guess this shampoo doesnt dry the skin as much. Will buy again

Very gentle on my scalp. I notice less hair loss after using it and my hair texture improved. I find that I would not need to use conditioner after using this shampoo, hair feels soft afterwards and less knots.

I haven’t tried it yet but we will see I guess

I'm so happy that I buy this shampoo when it on sale, really affordable and big size. 

I love this shampoo so much! I have ordered it a handful of times already and will continue to buy it. If you're sensitive to harsh chemicals and strong scents like me, you'll appreciate the mild formula of this shampoo. It has a very light citrus-y scent while washing your hair. Once it's rinsed out and your hair dries, it leaves your hair feeling soft with very little scent. I know lots of people prefer to have their hair with stronger scents for that fresh clean feeling but for people who have bad allergies, this is a wonderful product to have.

I have been using this shampoo daily for the last year and love the way it gently cleanses and softens my hair without conditioner. The scent is clean and citrus-y but doesn't linger which is great for anyone who is sensitive to dyes and perfumes. If you need to deep clean your hair, shampoo with this twice and that should do the trick. Especially if you use dry texture sprays and other hair products.

Not strong smell which I love. Has a mild clean minty scent and not overpowering. Cleans my hair really well. Gentle on scalp

I'm not a huge hair care person, so I may not know the exact terms, but I think this shampoo is as advertised! I have super thick hair, so I wasn't really worried about my hair being weak, but I have noticed that my hair seems stronger after a couple of washes. I can't really detect a smell, so if you're looking for a mild shampoo smell this is it. One downside to the shampoo though is the pump. I don't know how to really describe it, but when pressing down on it it feels like the shampoo is being distributed very slowly. So even when I give it a few more pumps only a little more comes out. If you're lazy like me, sometimes you want to skip conditioning. However, I feel that you definitely need a conditioner with this shampoo.

It's nice shampoo and it's really gentle with scalp and cleans. This shampoo has a great ingredients. It's give a fresh feeling. Love this shampoo.
