I actually love this and its texture, however after a while it clumps up in the jar and i had to throw away

This balancing gel is quite unique because the consistency is almost like melted caramel, thick and stringy? but in a good way. You must apply a decent amount and press it into your skin. I use this at the end of my skincare routine to really seal in all the other products that I layered on. You can for sure feel the layer on the skin, but I personally like it because I know that my skin will stay hydrated throughout the entire night after using it. The next day, my skin is so soft and plump.It also has a slight tightening effect which really helps with the plump look in the morning (not swollen). I would definitely repurchase and recommend trying this unique product out. It feels weird at first, but once you get used to it, you'll for sure see a change in your skin.

consistency is similar to honey but absorbs into skin after patting it in. if you rub, the product seems to roll up like jelly.

I use this as my last step at night. Locks in moisture and I wake up with super supple skin

This gel has an unusual texture and I think most people get confused as to how to use it. I like to use it as after serum, so that it acts both as a cream and a makeup base. My foundation adheres very well to this gel and looks good longer.

Not sure if it’s really doing something? I may need to play with it more. Will update my review in another 6 months.

At first it will feel so sticky on your face, but 3-5 minutes later it will make your face so calm, soft, and smooth.

I use that balancing gel more than 1 month. It has a gummy texture much like honey.It helps to my skin to keep moisture.I use balancing gel as a last step in my skin care routine.

I bought the smaller tube version first. Quite like it and it has become my night routine, being the last step as sleeping mask. Thick consistency. I feel this is better than the Laniege sleeping mask. I think there are more wastage using the tube than the can type. The can/bottle version comes with a spatula which is handy and needed. But need to ensure the spatula is kept clean and you won’t need to if you use the tube version. Likely to repurchase again.

I love it, it leaves my name skin feeling supple and hydrated!

The application is fun, of course little time consuming with the patting business!! Also loved the result! It kinda conceals everything beneath and plumps my skin!!

I actually love the texture of this. It's like honey and is not meant to be rubbed in, but more like pressed in? I press this into my skin after serums but before moisturizer. I can't say it's doing anything for me now in the winter, but in the summer, it was so pleasant to use. I felt like I was pressing water drops into my skin and it was so refreshing. Not really a must have, but worth trying out!

I bought this after getting a sample of it from Style Korean. I had to buy it! At first I was like what is this stuff! I have tried sooooo many products but nothing is like this product. It has a consistency similar to honey. When you apply it, it feels funny, it clumps and sticks, but then it just melts into your skin. It's really hard to describe it. But it makes my skin feels so smooth and i love it! I use it as a last step in my skincare routine. 

I think the best way to use as a sleeping pack, the last step of evening skincare routine. It's like seal all the skincare into the skin. Highly recommended.

The texture and smell is very strange, feels like super glue. It's extremely sticky and tacky and it felt like it didn't sink into my skin. Didn't feel moisturising at all.

The consistency is gel like so you have to apply it by tappin instead of spreading because it might ball up on you. It's also not as hydrating as I thought it would be that it even made me question if I really have oily skin. It's at least ok and didn't break me out. I'm just trying to finish it but I don't think I'll repurchase again.

My skin type: Combi (Normal-oily), sensitive, rosacea

 

This product is very tricky to work with. Texture is thick and honey-like, but when applied on the skin, it can be very tacky, but it absorbs quickly.

It is so calming and cooling once it hit my skin with patting motion. It takes a bit of time to absorb so keep patting. I used this as the last step of my night routine to seal all the before steps. It works like a sleeping mask. Very soothing and nourishing. The consistency is like a runny gel-like so my jar came with the product leaked out more than half. Stylekorean has promptly contacted me and refunded. Despite the packaging I love this balancing gel. Good that they come out with the new packaging of plastic tube. Have already repurchased.

 

 

At first I felt like this wouldn't blend in, and it eventually did but I still don't feel like it does anything. It leaves a heavy feeling on the skin.

This gel is quite tricky to use.  It can be very sticky if use incorrect way. I find scooping the gel out and dot it all over my face, then press with my palms and pat it in the skin would make it sink in better and hydrating pretty well. Might not be enough for dry skin but I can see myself using this gel more often in summer.
