A great toner which you can carry it with you anywhere and spray it any time you want. Especially in day time it help to sooth your skin.

This is a great general toner. It's value for money and suits most skin types.

It is good to prevent my face from drying out but definitely does not moisturize at all even with 2-3 more application. I do like that it come in a spray bottle form.

My skin is super sensitive so it reacts to so many different things but my skin never reacts badly with pyunkangyul. However, I didn't feel like this toner was anything too special.

Nothing too special about this toner. I would not say it is hydrating or soothing. It's kind of boring, but it does the job. Great price when it is on sale. This toner is more expensive because it comes with a sprayer, but the sprayer is so cheap! It does not come out as a fine mist like I thought it was going to. Just get the toner without the sprayer.
