Sugar twinkle tear liner. I don't reccomend it because it is dry and cannot get a precise line when you draw on the eyes. It might be that I get a bad one .

It's the cutest product I ever bought! It works great independently, but it enhances shimmers as an eyeliner with pops of glitter depending on the color you buy. I bought the sliver, and works well as an eyeliner.

Has a slight smell but it’s not irritating, very pretty and good applicator that gives a nice spread of glitter
