I’ve been using this product right before I eat my lunch. It may be a little difficult to swallow since the pills are somewhat big. I do a lot of cardio workouts already but when I took this I can see a lot more defined cuts on my muscles.

I would say that this does work for me and this is my second times repurchasing it, also works better just with like 5 mins of work out a day.

It helps control my weight even when I eat a lot. But you have to eat it before a meal, but I occasionally forget that. And I find that inconvenient. When I take it after a meal, it sometimes makes me fart quite often afterwards.

The supplement helps maintain weight after dieting. Very simple to take, only 1 tablet twice a day. There's other brands that require you to take two or three tablets twice a day which feels like a lot. Usually I'd fall into binge eating after a diet ends, and have to go through the pain again of having to loose the weight again. Taking these gave me some self control, so that I don't fall back into old habits
