my takeaway point with these is that they are convenient. tbh, it's not my absolute favorite flavor and i do prefer to take a bit more collagen daily, but these are great for on the go. would buy again, but might look for a different flavor (this is heavy on lemon, so some folks might love it)

 lost some weight quickly & didn't have a lot of stretch marks because I was I having this almost every day. I lost less weight after & got a lot of stretch marks because I wasn't taking this (my hypothesis lol).
