My skin feels smooth and it really helps soothe redness. I had some concerns that I might get irritation if I used it too much, as it is intended for oily or troubled skin. For drier skin, I would stick with a few times a week, but if you have oily/combo or acne-prone skin you could probably use it 1x a day. My only negative is that it does have a strong tea tree scent, so if you don’t like the smell, you might not like this toner. Personally I like it.
It absorbs quickly without any burning or stinging sensation. I find it very calming and refreshing and enjoy the slight cooling effect on my skin. I normally just apply toner with my hands and pat it onto my skin, but since I get a lot of redness in the cheeks, I have been using it as a spot treatment with cotton pads where redness generally occurs and leaving it on for 5-10 minutes.
