The patch sucks up the white goop overnight and it also protects the pimple from getting more infected. I love this!

The thinner patches are better but i like the pyung kang thin patches for the best adhesion and absorption of pus

Everyone raves about these “sucking out” the pimple “gunk” but I found that only happens if the pimple is open which i am trying to avoid. It takes a very long time for a pimple to open with these but it does help me from touching, helped ALOT under masks from getting gross. I found it helped just make a bad pimple also look less bad from afar. Attached pictures make the pimple look the same as the rest of the spots but this was one was large and painful and active

I've tried quite a few different brands and always come back to COSRX for these pimple patches. They're thicker than other pimple patches that I've tried, but I actually like that! I usually put these on right before bed and wake up to a noticeable difference in my spots. These really are the best basic patch on the market for the price and a definite skincare staple.

I usually buy generic hydrocolloid patches but I'm glad to see that this brand lives up to the hype. The only negative is that you have to be careful when removing individual patches since they are quite close together.

These were the introductory pimple patches for me. They’re great to have on hand for the occasional zit. They do help the zit to develop faster and come to a head, and to suck out the pus once the zit is ready to drain. Keeps your fingers off the pimple, keeping it clean and handles the ooze neatly. There are thinner patches, medicated patches and micro darts out there, but these are a great basic patch. I’ve introduced them to friends.

I use this every time I have a pimple or after any extraction. Gets rid of all the junk and works.

Great for sucking up sebum from acne. One con is that ocassionally after use, I get hyperpigmentation after use compared to when i leave it alone.

I've used other acne patches and these are very good. They stick well but can come off if you have very oily skin, and absorb the gunk in your pimples.
